How to take measurements

Try to measure yourself daily according to a single scenario. For example, in the morning before breakfast and in the evening before sleep.

Measure while sitting in the same relaxed position.

Measurements take 5 minutes. Any movement, coughing, sneezing and swallowing can interfere with the measurement. Avoid any movement during measurements.

Do not control breathing during measurement. Do not close your eyes. Avoid bright light and strong noise. Turn off TV and loud music.
